Bold Lines. Zero Smudging. All Day Long.

Define your eyes with confidence using the Flormar 100% Waterproof Eyeliner. This precision liner delivers intense, jet-black colour in a single stroke and stays put through heat, humidity, sweat, and tears — without smudging, fading, or flaking. Whether you’re drawing a sharp, clean cat eye or lining your waterline for a dramatic, smoky look, Flormar’s waterproof formula gives you the precision and staying power to make it last all day.

Why You'll Love It

  • 100% Waterproof Formula: Completely waterproof — stays flawless through sweat, humidity, rain, and tears without smudging or running
  • Intense Pigmentation: Rich, deep black colour that delivers bold, dramatic definition in a single, confident stroke
  • Precision Tip: Fine, precise applicator tip allows for accurate, controlled lines — from ultra-thin to bold and dramatic
  • Long-Lasting Wear: Stays sharp, dark, and defined all day and night without fading, transferring, or needing touch-ups
  • Smudge-Proof: Sets quickly and locks in place so your liner stays exactly where you put it — no smearing, no panda eyes
  • Versatile Application: Perfect for the upper lash line, lower lash line, waterline, and creating winged or cat-eye looks

How to Use

For a Classic Liner Look: Starting from the inner corner of the eye, draw along the upper lash line in smooth, steady strokes as close to the lashes as possible. Build thickness gradually for a bolder look.

For a Cat Eye / Wing: Draw your liner along the upper lash line, then extend the tip outward and upward at the outer corner of the eye to create a flick. Connect the wing back to the lash line to complete the look.

For the Waterline: Gently apply along the inner lower rim of the eye for a deep, intense, wide-eyed or smoky effect.

Pro Tip: Use short, feathery strokes rather than one long stroke for more control and a cleaner, more precise line — especially when creating a wing.
